We are incredibly fortunate to have Ashely Peiris as part of our team at Welland Carstar. Originally from Sri Lanka, Ashely made the brave move to Canada in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience and an unwavering dedication to her work. Before joining us, Ashely spent two years at Cameron's Brewing, honing her skills as a bookkeeper. During that time, she gained invaluable knowledge, which led her to take on greater responsibilities with a larger team.

Ashely is a true numbers person, with a passion for accounting that runs deep. She thrives on the challenge of balancing the books and finds peace in the quiet, behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. Though she may be shy, Ashely’s contributions have a huge impact, and her work speaks volumes.

But it’s not just her professional talents that make Ashely stand out. She has a heart of gold. A few months ago, she shared with us a deeply moving story about a family back home in Sri Lanka. A husband tragically passed away at sea, leaving his wife and young daughter behind. Ashely heard about their loss and has since been helping them from afar, sending support every month, showing the kindness and compassion she holds within.

Ashely is also an avid reader and a wonderful, thoughtful member of our team. We are truly grateful to have her with us and appreciate all the heart, hard work, and care she brings to everything she does. Ashely, thank you for being you – we’re lucky to have you on this journey with us!
