Before joining Welland Carstar, Ashley worked as an RV service advisor, a role that combined the responsibilities of both a CSR and estimator. With a passion for helping customers, she excels at communicating clearly and ensuring that clients have all the information they need throughout the process.
Ashley was drawn to Welland Carstar for the opportunity to continue being customer-facing, which aligns with her strengths and love for building meaningful connections. Her calm demeanor and warm personality make her the perfect fit for guiding customers through the stressful aftermath of an accident.
Reflecting on her interview, Ashley recalls that it was the best she’d ever had. She instantly felt at ease with John and Jenny, who were as calm and welcoming as she is with the customers she serves, creating a full-circle moment.
Outside of work, Ashley can be found walking dogs (because they need exercise, too!) and spoiling her cats like the royalty they think they are. Her favorite food? Pizza—because who can resist a perfect slice. And when she’s feeling adventurous in the kitchen, she loves cooking pasta... although, don’t ask her about the spaghetti incident. She’s still working through that one.
