Meet Isobell, Customer Service Representative

Meet Isobell — the welcoming face of CARSTAR Welland. As the Customer Service Representative, she’s often the very first person guests see when they walk through the door, helping bring a sense of calm and reassurance during what can sometimes be a stressful or overwhelming experience.

Although she’s been in the collision repair industry for 7 months, Isobell quickly discovered how meaningful it is to help people through difficult situations and turn negative experiences into positive ones. What inspired her to join the industry was her genuine passion for helping others, something that naturally shines through in every interaction she has with guests.

One of the things Isobell loves most about working at CARSTAR Welland is the personal connection she’s able to build with customers. After working in fast-paced customer service environments where conversations often felt rushed, she appreciates being part of a team that takes the time to truly care about people.

Her friendly and approachable personality plays a huge role in helping guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Isobell understands that many customers come in feeling stressed, frustrated, or uncertain after an accident, and she takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where people feel listened to, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the repair process. Whether it’s answering questions, offering reassurance, or simply greeting someone with kindness, she helps make the experience feel a little less overwhelming.

Guests can always expect quality work backed by a team that truly wants the best outcome for them.

Outside of work, Isobell enjoys spending time outdoors going on walks and hikes, relaxing with her two cats, and knitting — a hobby she enjoys because it allows her to slow down, be creative, and unwind after busy days at the shop. Whether she’s at work helping guests or enjoying quiet moments at home, Isobell brings the same caring and positive energy into everything she does.
