Meet Jenny, Assistant Manager & Mentor

Before joining the team at Welland CARSTAR, Jenny began her career at Performance Collision in 2017. She initially took on the role of Customer Service Representative (CSR), but by December of that same year, she had already set her sights on the estimating side of the business. With curiosity, determination, and a hunger to learn, Jenny stepped into the estimating role and quickly started building her skillset.

Life, however, had other exciting plans—Jenny welcomed her first child not long after. But her time away from the shop didn’t last long. When her daughter was about five months old, John (yes, our John!) reached out and brought Jenny back into the fold at Performance Collision. This time, she took on back-end estimating and soon advanced to Parts Manager, soaking up knowledge at every opportunity.

From the beginning, it was clear: Jenny wasn’t interested in staying in one lane. She wanted to learn it all, do it all, and position herself as a versatile and impactful leader in the collision repair industry. So when her path crossed with John again—this time at Welland CARSTAR—it was the perfect opportunity to take things to the next level. She stepped confidently into the Assistant Manager role and has been making her mark ever since.

In an industry where women often face challenges showcasing their expertise, Jenny stands out. Her journey has been one of growth, grit, and persistence. By the time she joined the team at Welland CARSTAR, she had built a rock-solid foundation of confidence and technical know-how—and she’s been delivering results ever since.

And when Jenny isn’t working… well, that’s the thing—Jenny is always working. Even when she’s not physically in the shop, we’re pretty sure she’s somehow still running the show. Have we checked the phones for bugs? Maybe. Is she secretly running the place telepathically? Possibly. But that kind of commitment, passion, and borderline-superhero-level multitasking is exactly why Jenny is such an incredible asset to our team.
