
At CARSTAR Welland, experience and attention to detail are a huge part of what keeps repairs running smoothly — and Jesse brings plenty of both.
As Production Manager and DFR Appraiser, Jesse has spent the last 21 years working in the collision repair industry, something he says he was drawn to from the very beginning because he was “always fascinated with the collision industry and automotive refinishing.”
That passion still shows in the way he approaches every repair today.
One thing Jesse wishes customers better understood is just how much work goes into properly repairing a vehicle after an accident. “The actual time involved to complete repairs, and the process to do so,” he explains, is something most people never fully see behind the scenes. From disassembly and estimating to refinishing and quality control, every step matters when restoring a vehicle safely and correctly.
When asked what makes working at CARSTAR Welland different from other shops, Jesse keeps it simple: “It’s a small, close family working here.” That tight-knit atmosphere helps create a more personal experience for customers and a team environment built on trust and accountability.
Customers working with Jesse and the team can expect repairs done properly — no shortcuts. “They will get a professional service completed to properly restore their vehicle to prior accident condition,” he says. “All strict OEM requirements are followed and we do not cut corners.”
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys flying RC planes and jets, attending car shows, and working with his hands fixing things — hobbies that perfectly match someone who genuinely enjoys precision and craftsmanship.
And the personality trait he credits most for his success? “Extremely organized, efficient and OCD… lol.”
Honestly, after 21 years in the industry, that level of attention to detail is probably exactly what you want from the person helping oversee your vehicle repairs.
